"Our Terms"

In order to be considered as an adopted parent, you must go
to my
Adoption Application and fill it out completely. Please
include your email
address and a phone number so that I may contact you to let
you know
that your application has been accepted. If you have
questions or concerns
you can go to my "Contact Us" page and email.

If you want to be placed on a waiting list for a future
kitten, the deposit is
$100.00 and is non-refundable. You will be notified of a
litter that has just
arrived and will have the choice to choose a kitten from
that litter or wait for the
next litter. If you
decide to choose a kitten, then you must put another $100.00
down in order to reserve that kitten for you. The $200.00
will be applied to the
cost of the kitten. The total cost to reserve a kitten is
$200.00. Please refer to
my contract for more details. The remaining balance for the
kitten must be paid
in full by the time the kitten is 8 weeks old. If the
remaining balance is not paid
when the kitten turns 8 weeks old or the buyer backs out of
the sale, the buyer
will lose all monies paid to the seller for that kitten and
the money will not be
refunded.

If the kitten needs to be shipped to the adopted parents,
then a $275.00 cost
will be applied to the cost of the kitten and must be paid
by the time the kitten is
8 weeks old. Please refer to my Contract for more details.

The kitten will not go to their new home until they are
10-14 weeks old. No
exceptions will be made to this. The contract must be
printed out and signed by
the buyer and received by me before the kitten will be
shipped to the buyer.

I normally do not sell breeding rights, but will consider
selling them for an
additional cost, to a reputable established Breeder. The
cost will be added to the
price of the kitten. I have the right as
the breeder to deny the offer to sell breeding rights. I do
not need a reason to deny
breeding rights. I will not provide
the information for breeding rights if it was not agreed
upon between breeder
and the buyer prior to sale and is not noted in the contract.
If agreed upon and the
additional cost was not paid in full, the information will
not be provided to the
buyer until the cost for the breeding rights are paid in
full. The cost for the
breeding rights is non-negotiable.

We do not accept checks! We only accept payment though
PayPal or in the
form of a Postal Money order from the post office. If you
choose to pay through
PayPal then you must add 3% to the remaining balance . If
you do decide to pay
with a Postal Money order, it must be received by the time
the kitten is 8 weeks
old.
